Operations Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the Penoco Team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in a face paced, team driven atmosphere is a must! Training, physical, and required employment certification will be provided as needed, for the right candidate.

Essential Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities of onsite project management to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective completion of projects; this includes scheduling and managing multiple crews and vehicles at varying locations
  • Work directly with field supervisors, providing guidance and training in order to better assist them in exemplary project completion
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep current inventory of all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Clearly communicate with clients, vendors, and abatement crews on a daily basis, both in and out of the office
  • Keep up to date on Local, State, and Federal codes and regulations pertaining to environmental contaminant procedures, and ensure employees are adhering to strict safety standards


  • High school diploma; two-year technical degree or more a plus
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training in construction or labor management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical for OSHA required respirator program and background check
