In response to demand for phase I and realty inspections, we establisted Property Inspectors, Inc. This is an independent company focused on providing quality services to identify contamination from environmental contaminants such as asbestos, mold, lead paint, radon and allergens.
We are located in Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania, a bedroom community located in the heart of Happy Valley. Happy Valley includes State College and University Park. Our valley is best know for its high quality of life and for being the home of the Penn State University Nittany Lion football team. It is an area which is small enough to be friendly. It has a vast amount of natural beauty and many opportunites for outdoor recreation. As a college town, it provides intellectual stimulations from arts, concerts and theater, and a broad range of sporting events.
